What types of workouts can I expect in your outdoor fitness classes?Fun-filled military-style workouts! No two sessions are the same thanks to a range of exhilarating exercises. High-intensity circuits, partner exercises, games, relays, as well as speed and strength training make this a super-effective workout. Plus with our three ability groups you will always be working out with people with similar fitness levels.
Do I need to bring any equipment to the classes?No, all necessary equipment will be provided. We recommend that you bring a water bottle and wear comfortable, breathable clothing and shoes.
Are your outdoor fitness classes suitable for people of all fitness levels?Yes, our classes are suitable for people of all fitness levels. Our expert trainers will provide modifications and progressions to accommodate different fitness levels, ensuring that everyone can get a safe and effective workout.
What are the times for your outdoor fitness classes?Our outdoor fitness classes are held on: Tuesday at 19:00 Thursday at 19:00 Friday at 6:30 Saturday at 9:30
Do I need to book in before I attend?Nope! Just come see us at the park at the time of one of our sessions! The meeting point is at the small roundabout with the oak tree in the middle (see below for exact details).
Where are your outdoor fitness classes held?Our outdoor fitness classes are held in Victoria Park in Bath. For the exact meeting point: Follow the A4 onto Albion Terrace. Turn onto Marlborough Lane and then turn left into the park entrance along Cotswold Way. Go past the monument and the meeting point is at the small roundabout with the oak tree in the middle.
