Military Themed Session
A fun-filled, 60-minute military style workout! No two sessions are the same thanks to a range of exhilarating workouts. High intensity circuits, partner exercises, games, relays, as well as speed and strength training make this our most common class. With our three ability groups you will be working out with people with similar fitness levels.
HIIT
A 45-minute High Intensity Interval Training focusing on improving cardiovascular performance through short periods of intense anaerobic exercise. These intense workouts typically last under 30 minutes as it uses the anaerobic energy systems which are typically used for short, sharp bursts.

Meeting Point: Follow the A4 onto Albion Terrace. Turn onto Marlborough Lane and then turn left into park entrance along Cotswold Way. Go past the monument and meeting point is at the small roundabout with the oak tree in the middle.
